Madison brings her genuine passion for plants and practical horticultural skills to every property she oversees. Her methods are informed by her education and a profound appreciation for nature. She launched her green industry career at a nationally renowned golf course, where she gained a solid background in plant care, seasonal floral arrangements, and upholding premium landscape standards.

While pursuing her full-time studies, Madison joined Terrain in Westport, where she contributed to nursery management and played a key role in plant selection, seasonal planting, and display design. Her experiences there sparked a sustained interest in landscape curation, leading her to develop a keen sense for combining plants with intentionality and harmony appropriate to their environment. Madison further enhanced her expertise at a specialty nursery, serving as Tree and Horticultural Expert, while also focusing on container design and custom seasonal arrangements tailored to both space and client requirements. She holds an associate degree and several horticulture certificates from the State of Connecticut and is recognized as a Landscape Industry Certified Technician with a specialization in softscapes by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

Since relocating to Trumbull in 2018, Madison has consistently demonstrated a committed and client-focused approach to landscape management. She possesses expertise in native plant installations, vegetable gardening, and designing seasonal displays that promote year-round beauty and resilience. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Madison pursues interests in travel, literature, hiking, and wildlife conservation, all of which reflect her core values and inform her environmentally conscious strategies in landscape care.
